"Radical", meaning "to get to the root of" a matter or subject, illustrates my personal philosophy and approach in therapy. My work is dedicated to deep-rooted change, which does not rely on "quick fixes", "coping mechanisms", or "getting over it". Alternatively, I am interested in getting to the root of your pain, suffering, or disconnect so we can cultivate empowering ways for new life, healing, and change to emerge.

Although I have specialized training in sex therapy and perinatal mental health, this does not limit our work together! I have experience working with a myriad of concerns and will always prioritize centering you in the present moment, no matter the concern or subject.

I am an out-of-network provider and am not currently paneled with any insurance companies. I can, however, provide invoices and superbills for you to send to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider beforehand regarding out-of-network benefits.

20-min. initial consultation - free
60 min. session - $200
75 min. session - $225

Payment is due at time of service via debit, credit, or HSA cards.

As a part of my commitment to accessible mental health care, a percentage of my caseload is dedicated to discounted rates. In the case you have a need for discounted therapy, please inquire for availability.

My office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm for 60 or 75 minute sessions.

This decision is entirely up to you. Throughout our work together, I will periodically check-in to assess whether therapy continues to be helpful and if we are moving closer towards your therapeutic goals. If you feel we have arrived at a satisfying point in therapy, I may suggest therapy graduation and will offer 1-2 closing sessions to review our work together and offer helpful resources to support you as you pursue next steps.

Please note, as the client, you have the right to terminate therapy at any point in time.

Practice limitations

As of January 1st, 2022, the No Surprises Act requires providers to make explicit on their website that all clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate regarding service cost. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate at the commencement of paid service as a part of my intake paperwork.

Due to the current size of my practice, I am not equipped to provide adequate wrap-around services that larger group sites or clinics may provide. My number one priority is ensuring you receive the best quality of care possible, as such, a few limitations to my practice include:

  • Domestic violence or intimate partner violence
  • Child custody cases
  • Suicidal ideation or self-inflicted harm
  • Substance use and abuse that inhibit daily functioning
  • Psychiatric diagnoses (mood disorders, schizophrenia, etc.)
  • Intensive outpatient care
  • Court-mandated treatment, assessments, or testimony in legal cases

You deserve the best quality care possible and to work with someone who has the skills, training, and structural capacity to best support you and your needs.
